Council Activities
Council business meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.
Throughout the year, our Council hosts many activities and events as well as undertaking many initiatives.
Social activities include: golf league, mixed dart league, a seniors card club and a mixed pool league
Ongoing or annual events and initiatives include:
- Support to church and schools
- Polar Bear Steak BBQ (January)
- Corporate Communion and breakfast with the CWL - (April or May)
- Election of Council Officers (May)
- Annual Ontario State Board car raffle in support of the Canadian Arthritis Society; Ontario State Board Convention (May)
- Tootsie Roll Drive (June)
- Memorial Mass and breakfast (November)
- Christmas Turkey Roll (December)
- New Year's Eve celebration
- Support to many local youth and community organizations
